Is this going to be a private server? I don't know how to host a public one and the uptime would only be when you ask me to pull it up.

I would be ok with it being on your computer.

I could get you one for free. However it would have to be either hosted from my computer, and everything would have to go through me (can't do anything about that) or hosted from your computer and i would have to be able to take control of your computer to manage the plugins. That is the only way that anyone can get you a free server. sorry man
