Hello,

I have a really bad problem on my server and i will now explain it.
My server last year was online and was going pretty good, has alot of players and everyone had fun. One day I turned off the server because of threats and other reasons.

Now I managed to make my server online once again but there is a really big problem that I searched and asked people for about 1 month and nobody found a solution. ALL Texts and Item names and lores with cyrilic (я,б,д) letters are glitched and can't be readed in the game but at the plugin's (Essentials, Player Vaults, Treasure Chest...) config are written correctly. Does that mean that they cannot be readed? Also I managed to place a Renamed item with cyrilic letters into the Vault (Player Vaults plugin)
then I stopped the server, I opened the config file and the cyrilic letters were replaced with unicode, making the server to read It. Then how the unicode characters are replaced with cyrilic in the confings? I'm posting some pictures of the problem for more details:

Other Details:
-Server is running with Spigot
-Running on 1536 MB RAM
-Has 32 Plugins
-The Language is Bulgarian
-Works Smoothly and has no lag

Other information: Items with cyrilc text, that are in the world on chests or other containers are not glitched, only in the plugins are.
