Past Experience: Been owner on 2 very small, unsuccessful servers made with a friend. Staff on some other random servers I can very vividly recall. Currently moderator on a survival server but I sorta abandoned it due to nobody on anymore (used to have 1-20 players on daily, owners left and went downhill from then on)
What can you bring to the server: Happiness and just another person who potentially could help. I'm also told that I'm a good writer/creative type person. Also I will most likely be on a lot if I come to enjoy this server.
Why should we choose you? Reasons stated just above ^ and also you need staff am I wrong?
How would you deal with Trollers, Hackers, and Griefers? Probably kick/ban them temporarily (or mute) and go to someone with higher authority and let them handle it. If that is not an option I will reason with them with private message and then keep a close eye on them, if this works I will leave it alone and then just notify someone later. And if they are completely unreasonable then I will most likely just keep them banned/muted/jailed until somebody comes on and then I will them them about it.
Any other information? I know I am very young, but I am a strong believer of age doesn't matter or don't judge a book by its cover, that sort of thing. If you want to disregard me for my age, go ahead, I respect that.
