Simple!
Create Superflat World with Generate Structure off.
Enter the world
Type the following:
/gamerule doMobSpawning false
then
/kill @e[type=!Player]
2 Times if you want the item dropped by the killed entity to be gone.
and there you go!

angeloananIt depends! 16GB of ram is enough for a big server. if you building a big server, you need good CPU. If you making the server 24/7, don't forget to have a good cooling. Your internet speed matters now. If you making a big server, you must know where is your top fan base are. If you find it, just speed test to that location. You need at least 5Mb/s upload speed.

You don't need 5 Mb/s upload. Also you said you instead of You're.

I have top of the line internet and I get 6 Mb/s down.

Even 5 Mbps up is a ton.

51 Mbps = 6.1 Mb/s if you're wondering.


Well, I miss type Mbps. You need a ton of upload speed for Big server tho. Fixing it.
