Past Staff Experience: I have been Admin on a few servers and also have some experience with higher levels of staffing as I was a Dev for my friends server and Co-Owner of another. I have dealt with many situations and scenarios within my staff career and am very certain I am the right guy for the job
Problem Scenario: This depends on what the argument was about. If the argument was insults between the Admin and player I would most likely keep the player muted for insulting staff BUT take away the admins muting privilege as he was also insulting the player, I would go over with him what the owner expects an admin to do and what I expect my admin team to do and tell them where they went wrong with dealing with the situation. If I was there I would handle it by looking at both sides of the argument and why the argument started in the first place. If it was the player that had started it I would choose a fair punishment based on the rules of the server. However, if the Admin started it I would consider demoting him as acting this way is not something I would like on my Admin Team.
