Why must I be like this lol. Takes me forever to get some sleep at night, because I have to imagine myself in fictional worlds, and make up whole stories with it in my in my mind. That or just laying there with a blank mind like tv static, unable to concentrate on sleeping or anything. There is no in between lol. Come to think of it. I do it almost all day too lol.
You should listen to calming music at night, like lullabies or something. Calming music helps me fall asleep very quickly. I used to not be able to fall asleep for so long, and since I have been listening to music I have been falling asleep so much quicker.
I do play deep meditation music and breath deeply while laying straight down to bed (or on the floor with sleeping bag) when I’m having this problem. It’ll helps relax my mind.
Feels so nice to have my build featured on the popular reel after a long break :D
It's time to get back to building. And Halloween is very soon, I remember I promised you something. But I have to say: that's not what I originally planned.
