and you will be able to build

remember to put spacing befor all the negative permisions, ive noticed that there is a few and ya error is above line 240 within that config
error I can see are
line 43 "- -vanish.*" to - - vanish.*
line 200 "- -bukkit.command.kill" to - - bukkit.command.kill

im hoping that will fix ya problems
