Could you send us your logs file? (Please on a service like pastebin or hastebin and then give us the link as on this forum the formatting will get messed up; Those services are made just for sharing long texts like this without breaking the formatting) You can find it in %appdata%\.minecraft\logs\latest.log on Windows. For any Linux Distro or OS X, just google.

There is no menu to change the time or weather. And what exactly are you talking about with the Inventory? Can you open that or not?

First of all, if you use something like PermissionsEx, remove it, it's bad and insecure. Use LuckPerms and that even has an online editor. You install the Plugin, create your groups via commands (/lp group <name> create, if I'm right, otherwise just google) and then do /lp editor which gives you a specific link. There you can add, change & remove permissions. Then click the save icon in the top left, which gives you a command. Now run that command on your server which downloads all the changes you've made on the online editor to your server.

This is the help section and not a server list. Also, do you really think someone would play on your server, if you don't even tell us what we can do on your server?

Why don't you just contact the developer of the mod?

Try to backup and then delete your options.txt file in your .minecraft directory. If that doesn't work. Do the same for your whole .minecraft Folder. If it works then, put your worlds, resourcepacks, shaders etc. back into the new .minecraft folder.

I don't think that someone here would be able to help you. You should probably just try to search the name on Google, YouTube, Twitter etc.
Minecraft/Discussion Do you buy from server shops? Are they too expensive?

I do sometimes buy from servers. Let me explain when I do that and when not. There are servers, which for example sell currency, five ranks for expensive prices, and there are servers which sell one rank, which has a prefix and some minor features for a little price, which is more meant as a "Thank-You" for donators than really buying something.

To be honest, I'd suggest you to get a VPS, as they are mostly cheaper than Gameservers Plus you can also run Webservers, Teamspeak, Discord Bots etc. on them. You can get 8GB Ram, 80GB SSD, 1TB of Bandwith and 4 vCores for around 10EUR (11,13 USD/8,66GBP/1207,67JPY)
The only good host I know, is german however.
