I like the idea of an essentials mod, but make it contain stuff like this:
Redstone can go on ceilings and walls (so useful)
Bookshelves can open a GUI where you can place books (That was a good idea wem)
Maybe wireless redstone as that would be incredibly useful
Perhaps a few more weapons such as spears, or a waraxe. The waraxe could do a little more damage than a sword and the spear could be thrown but do much less damage.
Finally, maybe add snow npc villages where they live in snow huts and the texture .png file could make them look like Eskimos.
Finally, add whatever else you think would fit and/or make minecraft a better experience.
