In case some of you missed it, this week I posted my initial progress on a recreation of Garreg Mach Monastery from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Here is the link.

This is a bit of a departure from my usual activity of making skins, but I have been really enjoying it so far. The Entrance Hall is just about done and you can download the most recent update from today if you would like.

It seems like not many of my followers have seen the build yet, and it has attracted a lot of attention from a different crowd due to being in the Maps category, so hopefully if you missed it then this is your chance to have a look.

Finally, please let me know if you have any feedback or are interested in helping out with the project. While I am making solid progress on my own, your help and input would be appreciated as this is a large, if finite project.

Today the Minecraft community received news of Technoblade's death from cancer, following about a year of health updates, through which he always maintained a frank, matter-of-fact perspective on things.

As you can imagine, I'm upset to be writing another dedication to someone who died young with cancer at the peak of a promising career, only less than a month after we lost Billy Kametz. It is a painful but salient reminder that cancer does not discriminate and can take anyone.

If you would like to pay respects, Hypixel has added a memorial garden to their main lobby where you can write a message in a book to be collected and sent to Techno's family. In addition, Techno had, in true Techno fashion, arranged a series of merchandise commemorating his own death, which is now on sale if you are interested.

I hope you are all well, and please if you can, take this as an opportunity to see anyone who you know who is unwell. Eventually, "I should spend more time with them" fades into "I wish I had spent more time with them" and you won't know until it happens.

I just noticed that I hit 200 subscribers recently. Thanks to everyone who enjoys using my skins! I know that making them has been worth it when I see people using them in-game or commenting about how much they appreciate them. I haven't prepared anything special yet, but hopefully that week-long streak of skins was good enough for now. Please let me know if you have any Fire Emblem or Dragalia suggestions, I can't guarantee I'll make them, but I enjoy hearing your ideas.

Thanks to another commission from AwakeningCelicaAmirite, I have added another Celica alt to the description of my original Celica skin, this time the Broken Armour design from Fire Emblem: Warriors

Just a short wall post to announce that after a long time considering it, I have opened a Skindex/minecraftskins.com account and am currently in the process of uploading my backlog of skins to the site.

Reasons for doing this:
- As I have mentioned in the past, on a few occasions my skins have been reposted there without credit or permission. I cannot report these without an account, and having these posted officially should deter people from doing so.
- Although I do not like the design of the Skindex site (nor fully trust it to be safe/reliable) it is undeniably very popular and hopefully has the potential to bring in new attention to my skins.

Just to let everyone know, I updated my new Edelgard skin. I added the Adrestian emblem to the back of her cape and also attached a new skin based on her promoted Emperor class.

I just posted my 7th daily skin in a row, and with that,
I've finished this streak of daily skins.
I might try this format again in the future, who knows.

With this 100th skin, I'd like to announce that I'll be uploading a new skin every day for as long as it's still enjoyable.

I need to burn through all the skins I've been piling up, and what better way than a 100th skin celebration?
Please check back each day for the next upload. If you look in the description of my 100th skin, you will also see some hints at who the next skins will be.

well i made a minor (1 pixel) mistake on my new legendary eirika skin, if you downloaded it then make sure to check the update logs and get the new one.

I remember I found the frog but I clicked off the page before I noticed and it was gone. Oh well, at least I have one now.

Well.

I just found out that somebody has reposted two of my skins onto the Skindex website without permission. I won't give links but it is as simple as searching 'fire emblem' and looking at the first two pages. One of these skins, in fact, has more downloads on the Skindex than it does on PMC, despite being posted several months later.

Skindex seems to have no report function, and plagiarism runs rampant.
Subscribers, what should I do?

Should I open my own Skindex account, establishing my presence there and making any future copies more obvious?
Would it be too much hassle? Should I admit that nothing can be done about plagiarism like this, and just ignore it?

Well, usually it goes in one of the unused areas (top left corner, idk various other places) but there's no guarantee that the person won't remove it, and who knows if certain websites would wipe away that section of the image when uploading anyway tbh. I might consider it but it'd have to be a retroactive thing.

I think you have me confused with TheFuguHimself.

My Marianne skin is on there because it was a joint effort between us, and all of the other skins are completely his. The only reuploads of my skins are by other, less credible people.

I have to say the icon was quite small, but I definitely overlooked that.

And yeah,I might look into setting up an account over there to be honest, but it would make things a bit more time consuming. The one thing I can say skindex has is a better search function- more keywords actually narrows the search, unlike here where it just searches for the two keywords separately.
