The thing is, the term "Good" rp server and "City Life Rp" Is basically like saying "Hey is there any good wine made out of bottled diarrhea?" If you want to try real roleplay, do hardcore rp in a fantasy server, where there's at least something to do that isnt completly empty like going arround being a fucking cashier, as for my suggestion if you want to learn what rp is, maybe you can join this server when it releases, which may be soon:

Hello! My name is Agustin, mostly known as Ghiojo, im 17 years old and i would like to apply for beibg the manager. I feel i am the right one for the possition beacuse i count with vast experience in server making and managing (around 3 years) I have been mostly any type of staff, from builder in servers like Alaurin roleplay and gray stone to mod in other various roleplay servers, requiribg not only to fulfill average mod's tasks but also requiring investigation, problem solving and mental agility.

My skills range from buildings and understanding of aesthethics to staff management and mostly anything that isnt coding. My reason for wanting to manage this server is beacuse i have been wanting to find a place where i could develop my ideas with freedom, i actually tend to be pretty freeroaming and not require much intervention other than a "hey, doing this, is it aight?" When its something really big that i assume that would concern you.

Hello! I'm Agustin, also known as Ghiojo, im 17 years old, i wanted to make a server with you beacuse i found it a great opportunity for putting a lot of ideas i had into work that you may be interested in. As for me, i have around 5 years in minecraft and about 3 years of experience in various staff possitions, i am currently builder in Alaurin Roleplay, as well as in Gray-Stone (Both servers are up and running and you can find them easilly) I have also been moderator in other roleplay servers, and believe me, moderating in those is much different than in other servers since you need not only to fullfill the normal moderator's tasks, but also you have to take care about roleplay situations, ensure the things are solved in a realistic way, which requires a big investigation skill too.

As for myself, i enjoy building, writing lore, i do know basics of plugin setup, though i am no coder, and i recently started liking skin making. I have a wide and vast experience about managing communities too, specially when it comes to player reactions, controlling toxicity, etc. I have as well experience with map making when it comes to worldpainter, and i am full of ideas and creative sollutions for server making, which i think makes me fit for the possition

Why do you want this spot? Beacuse i always wanted to make a server! I am full of ideas of what we could do, where to aim for, and i have a lot of experience to back me up, im a good builder, i have been moderator in roleplay servers (trust me thats enough right there, being mod in an rp server is much more than banning hackers) and i have even managed to handle entire communities.

As my opinion, i believe there are many creative servers (even for good builders), dont get me wrong, its a good server, but i feel that theres a lot basically being wasted here when it comes to resources, believe there are other ramifications of a server than just building this could take and cpuld expand the idea. Im saying this as a cobstructive criticism, dobt take me wrong

What time are you most often on? (your time) -​ /really/ depends on my schedule, i could be on in early morning one day and then be on late night in the other, since my college schedules are /horrible/

Can you speak more than one language? -​ actually, yus, my first language is spanish, not a native english speaker

When did you first start to play Minecraft, how often do you play? -​ think it was before beta 1.2.5, thats for sure, i play pretty often honestly

Have you ever been banned or temporarily banned on any server? -​ yeah, i tend to be a picky player when it comes to servers, and if shit is being done bad, i will tell it, i dont insult or anything but i have seen owners that found me annoying and banned me

What is your previous experience in any type of Moderation/Administration? -​ mod in some rp servers, trust me, doing that is quite the job, needing not only to fullfill the normal task of a mod, but checking everything is done correctly, check the realism in player's fights and emotes... Yep... Also have been admin, since im good at managing servers

How many hours can you contribute per day? -​ i dont really know, it really depends on my schedule, if i gotta work to do or not... Apologizes for my uncertainty in that point

Why should we choose you? - good builder, have done this for a long while, i am also a really good source of ideas as well as criticism to assure the server is always top quality

Anything else we should know? -​ yeah, i am also a hazzle of staff, i tend to require certain level of... At least some sort of taking this seriously, i dont like sudden mind changes that im not noticed of, etc

What rank you are applying for?: Well, i dont like putting tags on myself, lets just leave you decide that.
Why should we pick you over other applicants?: I have 4 years of staff experience and i now have been rping for a year, besides the experience, i got lots of ideas in mind to make a good rp community
What can (/you/) offer The server?: Many ideas, points of view of stuff that already happened, etc. I can also build, easilly try to find and do my best (Im not a coder, but i can try helping with perms etc) with plugins.
Any past experiences as staff? : Well... i have been (and still am in my free time) Builder in alaurinRoleplay... I then have some lil experiences here and there.
Rate yourself as Staff 1/10: I would say a 7, i do have flaws, everyone has them, but over all im pretty adaptable, good for helping making servers, etc
How many hours a day are you available: It really depends on my schedule, i cant give a set answer cause i would be lying
Have you ever been banned if so why and what server?:
Yeah, i have, and these are the reasons
1- I normally search around servers, and when i join and see that they are a mess, i tell the staff, and when they bitch to me... yyep... that... it was in servers that are so tiny and were so bad managed that they dont exist today

2- One time i was in a server, it was a factions, and the typical owner's pet was killing people, i find someone had a bottle of poison threw it, killed him and took his op shit, the owner said i was cheating and the guy was telling him i was hacking, yeep... servers this days man...
