An "EULA" (End User License Agreement) is never removed... All games, softwares, computer OS, etc have an EULA. It is necessary to prevent abuse.

The question is if they will keep the EULA as it currently is. Or if they will fully enforce it. If they change the EULA to match the EULA of the other Microsoft owned games. You can say farewell to all the large servers out there. (And maybe also the Youtube community)
