Tyndale23456What is the best? Minecraft PC, Minecraft Macintosh, Minecraft Xbox or Minecraft Pocket Edition. I think Minecraft Machintosh is the best since that's the only Minecraft thing I play on. What do you think is the best?
PC Version... Both Mac and Windows versions are identical. To say that one is better than the other is ridiculous. This is the most current and up to date version available. You can even test new content (via snapshots) before it is officially released.
Xbox Version is extremely limited and far behind the PC version when it comes to content. The GUI and navigation both have been Nerf-ed so bad its hard to quickly use crafting tables and navigate quickly through the inventory. No custom texture packs, skins or mods.
Pocket Edition is the furthest behind out of the three versions mentioned. It doesn't even support redstone wiring. The convenience of being able to build on the go and the extreme usefulness of the built in networking is great outweighs this though. There is no support for skins, texture packs and mods as far as I can tell.
