I am also unable to upload new files to my project. I click "Save", and it shows "uploading" but never finishes. And if I try to access the site from a different tab, it tells me that it's down and shows the version cached by CloudFlare.
The site goes down every time I start the upload, and goes online soon after I close that tab. I believe the submission mechanism is broken and it crashes the whole site.
