I'm still working on the next update of the project, so for now I could only tease the finished second version of Mercy Bridge and the new monorails. Tried to make these pretty game-accurate. That's all for now, I have lots of work right there in Gotham, goodbye.

Hello! It's Raptor and here comes another update of the project. Progress desc:

Well, I'd say it's finally the time I've completely finished the Batman's road terror — the Batmobile from Batman: Arkham Knight! Yeah, this took much time, but I had to shade over 1 500 model pieces. Ig this worth it.

Gotham: Revival: the batmobile (Arkham Knight) features:
    — Unique model and texture that reminds the original car from the game. (not 100% accurate tho)
    — Features the main function of the Car/Tank modes. I really wanted to recreate this function... So, the batmobile has 2 modes:
    --—Purchase mode:
----—Pretty accurate look to the game's design
    ----—High speed
--—Possible future Purchase mode command block functions:
    ----—Boost ability

    --—Battle mode:
----—Pretty accurate look to the game's design, changes the lights color just like in game.
----—Authomatical volcano cannon targeting and shooting system (so the player can't shoot himself, the price for switching vehicle modes)
--—Possible future Battle mode command block functions:
----—Speed will be lower than in purchase mode.
    ----—Shortboost

    Random characteristics:
    —HP: 80 (40❤️)
—The lights, some interior pieces are glowing
—Will be attacking CPU enemies like Scarecrow army's tanks (possibly will be added)
—The car will interact with the city because of the functions:
--—Breaking blocks (Ravager's ability). Gonna use this to let the batmobile change the city's look. Possibly players will be able to destroy lanterns/small trees/weak constructions.
--—Nearly 3x3 collusion box. This will let to make some interactions like big buttons, the batmobile won't be useful in the city. (Riddle me this, Batman!..)
--—Power jump ability (+speed). Will let players do some "jump-through-it" tasks

Note: The batmobile is going to be the part of Minecraft Bedrock Edition version of the map, not Java. I might learn how to create data packs, but I don't really think there will be result like this.

    ——————————

Let's talk about the city now. There wasnt really progress, but there are some changes to my abilities to work.
From now I can use minecraft Java edition to build there, so this'll be a lot easier to build with awesome WorldEdit that is only on Java + before I had limited time because MCB was killing my phone battery pretty fast. I have no limits with this now. And the third thing is the fact that I have the chance to play Batman: Arkham Knight. I can literally look at the city from every view I'd need. This is only the beginning! And I'm gonna start posting updated in the blog format.

•:::Gotham: Revival project progress report #3:::•

Hello! It's Raptor, introducing the another update of my Gotham: Revival project. Progress desc:

Okay, what about the city, I've just started the bridge that leads to the Miagani Island. And that's all.

And, actually, that's not all. Y'know, Gotham City in Arkham knight — partly a huge track for the Dark Knight's main car--______________________________
--the batmobile. So, I'm gonna make the batmobile and its connection with the city for the main Minecraft Bedrock version of map project! Last week I was working on the model. I'd say I've finished this, now I have to work on the texture. My current progress of this:
    ______________________________

Gotham: Revival: the batmobile (Arkham Knight) Progress:
    Model — 100%
    Texture — 15%
    Functions — 80%,
    that include:
—„Pursuit mode“ that is just "car" version of this. Planning to add "boost" function to this.
—„Battle mode“ yeah, that "tank" version of the batmobile. This mode features another model that looks pretty actuate to the game, automatical targeting and shooting system.
    Animations — 100%,
    that include:
    —Wheels animation
    —Turning animation
    —Movable turret animation
—Battle mode model, that is an animation too.

Note: I'd write again, The batmobile is going to be the part of the Minecraft Bedrock Edition version of the map, not Java.

It's easier to make custom models for MC Bedrock than for MC Java. So, with the help of old sweet Blockbench I can make models like this. I was working all the week on the model. (and actually it's a rework, I've made 1st ver. of the car few months ago). Right now I only have to make a texture for her.

Hello! It's Raptor, and here goes another update of my Gotham: Revival project. Progress desc:

Last week I was porting GCPD building. I've completely ported exterior of the building and changed area around it to make it a bit more game-accurate, still working on this tho. That's all for now, have a good day.

Hello! It's Raptor and I have an update about this project. Yeah, now this has a codename, I just need to call it somehow. Anyway here's the progress:

I'm continuing porting the part of the city of the original map has. I've finished some buildings and now I'm working on the GCPD. Also I have some designs about how the Bleake Island should look like, and I just hope I'll try to make some new buildings next week or earlier.

Hello PMC! It's Raptor, just a DC fan who makes skins sometimes. I have an announce of a pretty important project to me. Some story:

I'm sure if you're a DC fan, or just one who knows a bit about the Batman, you know / heard about Gotham City — the dark and dirty city where the criminals and corruption are normal things. I'm also sure you just can count GC projects on PMC and you won't get a big number. But what about people who do not have the opportunity to play the Java version of Minecraft? Right now I'm talking about MC Bedrock. Did you ever seen even an one Gotham city MCB project? I guess no.

    Okay, to the main thing.

Few years ago an awesome PMC builder Isack has stopped building his amazing project — Arkham-inspired GC. I didn't want to let this project go away forever as an unfinished one. I decided to work on this. (I hope this won't be really useless at least) I'll work on this city as for a MCB project (and probably later on MC Java). That's what I'm gonna do:
    — Step 1 of progress: I'm rebuilding the part of the Bleake Island there already was almost block-by-block in a MCB world. Why didn't and don't I use any programmes to port it really easily? Because I'll learn more about the build-style of the author by this way. I guess I'll need this for the other "steps"
    — Step 2 of progress: I'm building new locations with buildings around the Bleake Island. I'll try to not "leave" the original author's style.
    — Step 3 of progress: Once Bleake Island is finished, I'm gonna start rebuilding and building new locations around the Miagani Island.
    — Step 4 of progress: I guess the biggest one. I need to start the Founders Island and try to finish this.
    — Step 5 of ending: This little step is about to fix mistakes I might do.

    — Bleake Island: 18-20%

Sir Isack was basing this on Arkham Knight, arkham-like Clocktower / the style of lots of buildings say so. See the original project. I hope I won't kill this style.
