first it is 25565 not 2556;5 incase you put that in the portfowarding but i recon it is a typo. Next if you are using a home server you need to have something on that pc or server supplied by the service that you purchased the lease for your domain name that will update the ip to the domain name as almost all ips are dynamic and are continually changing meaning you need to regularly check and update where the domain name is pointing to. I run a Debian server (Linux) and use No-IP. for me all i had to do was download and install a package and then on NO-IP's website had to hook up DNS to the server so it would update the ip. otherwise you need to make sure that you are opening the correct ports for what you want e.g 25565 for minecraft and on the correct protcols e.g tcp etc. you can also check incase your firewall is blocking the connection but thats everything i can think of XD
