Previous experience as Admin/Staff? If yes where and for how long?: I've been an admin on a relatively small server before for about 3 months, a moderator for about 1 month, and I tried running my own server once but it never really worked out.

How often do you play?: I haven't played as much lately maybe a few times a week but I'd be willing to play daily if i'm accepted.
Have you ever been banned or temp banned on a server? If yes where and why?: I have never been banned or temp banned.
How many hours can you contribute per day? I'd say probably 1-4 each day
Are you able to capture evidence of a server issues?: I assume you mean screenshots. If so then yes.
Are you going to be helpful to all players?: Of course!
Will you learn and be knowledgeable about server events and updates?: I will try my best to communicate with the owners to always know what's going on.

Why do you wanna be Admin?: Since I first started playing minecraft I've always admired the staff members especially Admins/Owners. It always amazed me how they could put in all the time and effort to keep servers running. I've always dreamed of becoming staff in a pretty big server and I hope that this could fulfill that.
Anything else we should know?: Since I've tried starting my own server I do have some experience with plugins kind of like a developer so I could be a possible mix between developer and Admin.
