surprised noone's going through pointing people to mods with exactly what they want in MC. As a note, pigking, Galacticraft's got you.

a pulse extender is really all you need, assuming you have space for it. just set up a redstone line with a second parallel line that is connected via repeaters.

Stagger the repeaters delays so that they slow the transmission of the signal through the feeder line into the main line at each set of repeaters until the pulse going through the main line is as long as you need. just remember to avoid a feedback loop.

You'd wanna use scoreboard, I think, set up to add 1 to a team made specifically to track deaths

That said, it's been a long time since I did anything with scoreboards or detection of deaths, so I may be mis-remembering.

there's a lot of theories along these lines that can, for someone who really thinks in a similar fashion, come as rather interesting. here's what I've heard, thought up, or seen on TV.

In regards to a big bang,

There was some variant of matter that exists in the voids of space, the REAL voids, not the vacuum, that collided, making the big bang occur, which led to the expansion of the universe,

There are multiple universes, with ours being the only one we can see due to light speed restricting how far we can see yet, in a much bigger universe, which leads to the same inevitable question,

the big bang was one of god's farts. (needless to say, I rolled my eyes and walked away from this particular chat.)

    On the subject of existence,

We're a simulation in a super advanced computer by some higher being we'll never truly know, for whatever purpose they may have programmed us for.

We're a simulation by real humans who are hundreds or thousands of years further along in their timeline than we are,

We're actually Dwarf Fortress from the year 2050

    On the subject of reality.

Our perception is actually far from reality, though we'll never know it due to how we perceive things,

Our minds are all interconnected on some higher level, leading to our joint perception of reality dictating actual reality. IE, if enough people believe there's a tree or a wall somewhere, there IS a tree or wall somewhere, and visa versa. (one of my personal favorite theories, too.)

we're all actually the result of a Boltzmann brain, (a link for those who want to read more about this one. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boltzmann_brain)

and that's it for my contribution.

don't forget that most servers want an off-switch for redstone, so you'll need to hook up the clock for that generator so that it's got one.

You could also get creative with some rails and chest carts to make a vertically rotating storage option.

yo, an idea you might find worthwhile Is to look into the openblocks mod, and see if there's a way you can get linked up to it. it's got a block and a handful of items that let players listen to internet radio in game. I think it's open blocks, anyway. I know it's in some of the more recent big modpacks, like yogscast complete and TPPI.

unfortunately, it's hard to tell from your pictures. if at all possible, it'd be best in this sort of situation to get a top down screenshot of as much as possible, and to take them from the same, or at least a similar angle, so we can piece it together in our minds easier.

too true. you'd think that by now they'd have at least made an effort to get commands from plugins to work with command blocks, at least on the plugin's end.

for the record, this sort of issue you're talking about is almost entirely why I formed the Redstone Engineering Division and why we started making teaching worlds. :p

there's no point. not even seth could do this without command blocks, and even with them, what's the point? you could just spawn a TNT at the target. for that matter, you could just straight up cut the target out.

you realize this Is borderline impossible, right? with command blocks, maybe, but to do this in survival would require FAR more redstone circuitry than one can cram onto a flying contraption using slimeblocks. ESPECIALLY if you want it to come BACK, AND have an adjustable range. if someone manages this, i'll find it hard to believe unless they link a world download.

if you want purely storage, your best bet's gonna be to use a set of chests with a single hopper in between, set to shut off when the chest it's serving is full via a comperator, combined with a few automated offloading nooks along the track above that'll unload a cart until it's empty or the chests are full, and then send it on it's way.

First, if done properly, this works.

second, I did the experiments by effectively having them conduct various tests for me. think of portal and portal2's enrichment chambers. it was sort of like that, only playing more with Minecraft physics and mob AI in relation to players. I also performed experiments related to the plugins in the pack. all said, while I WAS holding them against their will, they could kill themselves to get out at any time, and it was all part of the game, you know? I had a proper cells area set up and really treated it like some good Roleplay while I was doing it. one guy even escaped at one point, leading to even more frantic amusement from everyone.

Ok, I think I've figured out a way to word an example.

Personally, I think that to be considered truly evil as a player, and this is where most griefers really fail out, the acts that make you evil have meet certain criteria, in my opinion.

First and foremost, it should be legal within the confines of the rules of whatever server it's being committed on, and even then, shouldn't break blocks or the like as far as that's doable for the act in question. if griefing isn't allowed, for example, then you shouldn't be griefing someone to do the evil.

Second, the act should really in the end be enjoyable for most everyone except for those people who are just so touchy that any sort of perceived wrong sends them crying to their mother to get a server shut down. you know the type. not just average players but the ones that really overreact over stuff.

and third, It should be a truly thought out and grand in execution type of act, you know what I mean? the sort of thing that the average play for ten minutes type of person cant pull off.

actually no, im not talking about grief. Grief takes no thought, no effort, and breaks rules.

true evil should be done within the confines of a server's rules. if you have to resort to breaking something to be considered evil, you're not even bad. you're just pathetic.
