I have my daughter on weekends other than that I have plenty of free times, if server is up and you are not online you are welcome to msg me on here of what you want built and where abouts and I will work on it.

I have never heard of that issue, or why it is happening to you, you could try using Magic Launcher that is what I use and it has been great for adding all kinds of mods. Also you can try different versions of Pixelmon other than the light weight and the one you had to start with. If you are not and do not want to use Magic Launcher you can try to full uninstall minecraft.exe and reinstall it fresh with no mods and then make the back ups you need and getting pixelmon back. That is the only thing I can think of, I hope it helps you out.

1.) If we hired you, how would you help everyone?:
Do my job, answer question help those who need it and solve issues with players the best of my ability.


2.) What makes you different from other people that want to be hired.
I understand all to well the chain of command (6 years in the armed forces) able to handle my self in all types of situations, I am also very calm headed.

3.) Do you know main server plugins for admin commands.
Not 100% it has been a little bit since I have used them but would not take me long to figure them out.

4.) If our server was short on money on the monthly bill what can you do to contribute to help us.
If I am able to I would.

5.) How many hours a day are you able to be online?
Had to answer but most of the week I would be on in my free time a couple hours weekends not as much.

6.) are you willing to try your best to get as many players on the server as possible?
Yes I am.

7.) how fimilier are you with the pixelmon mod?
I am very good at almost all the pixelmon commands and format.

Why do you want to be staff:
I feel I enjoy a server more when I have something to offer the server in return.

Why should we let you be staff:
I understand very well how the chain of command works (6 Years Active Duty Military)
I have hosted a server before was not for a really long time due to deployment. I am also very good and explaining and in forcing rules.

Weaknesses:
I am not the best builder in the world but I am ok at it.

Strengths:
I am good at dealing with angry people, I do not show special treatment to anyone, I very calm and cool headed in all situations. Also have a little experance with bukkit plug-ins.

A Little bit about you:
I am 25 Years old live in the United States I am available to be online most of the week Monday-Thursday most of the afternoon. Weekends I get my 3 yr old daughter so if I get on it will either be very late or for shot amounts of time. I received a Medical Discharge out of the Army as a E-5. I have played minecraft for about 3 years. If you would like to ask me any more questions you are welcome to do so.
