Previous experience with this position:
I have had a few servers myself so that is where i got the most of my experience. Then when i wasnt able to run them anymore i started applying for other people's servers so i could help them out. I gained a lot of experience from that with managing big servers and large amounts of players. I also have been playing minecraft for a few years now, and played on a lot of servers as a regular player, and just looked around and asked the staff there how they were able to manage those servers. That way i got even more experience with being an administrator / manager.

Why do you want to be apart of the team:
I have some more spare time now and i didnt want to setup my own server. So i was looking for another server that i can help out and can play on. Then i saw your post and i wanted to apply.

Why should we choose you:
I like to have fun but also help out as much people as i can. When i need to i can be serious. Because of my experience i can help your server grow and just give players a fun and entertaining experience while playing on it.

What can you bring to the table:
Like i said above i have a lot of experience with servers. I also like to build in my free time and i would say myself im not perfect but iam a pretty good builder.
I know a lot of plugins and how to maintain a server and how to keep players interested in a server.
I also know a bit of coding languages like C++, Java and PhP.

Experience with staff management:
I am not going to give you ip adresses or server names because i think people should just believe you by what you are saying here. And i just dont like to overwelm someone with a giant list of server names and ip adresses.

Do you have any experience in this position, if so, where?
I have had my fair share of own servers / projects. So i can say i have some experience with managing servers and the people that play on it. I also was manager / social manager on an server called Marblez. it was an small server but it still needed someone that can manage it.

Why should you be Admin/Community Manager on The Cyber-Spider Network?
I know how important it is for an server owner to have an organised and smooth working server / staff team. Like i said above i had some experience with managing servers. I also am a mature person than like to interact with other staff members / players.


How often can you be online and how long a day?
This depends on my education. I currently study for server / database manager So i dont have a lot of time. But i always have my laptop infront of me so i can always be online. Playing or managing.

Basic overview of your skills:
Good with managing big staff teams and servers, Good socially, Active on forums. Experience with dedicated servers and basics of C++ Java and PHP

Hi my name is Jaimy,
I am 17 years old and i live in the Netherlands.
I currently study for server / database manager so i have experience with dedicated servers and databases.
I have always loved playing minecraft and other games and making servers for them. so me my friends and random other people could play together. It always fascinated me that small servers with a good and organised staff team could grow big but server without it couldnt. Why do you want to join our Network?: I was getting tired of the small servers with no experience. So i started looking around on pmc and i found this thread. You have experience and a good plan for your server so i want to help you with this.

What previous experience do you have?: I have experience in managing small but also big server and networks. When im bored i just want to help people with their servers So they can grow and become a good server. i also have experience in almost all other staff ranks even the owner and builder ones.

What can you offer to us?: I can offer a lot of experience with managing and devoloping of your server. And i can also offer to share my experience with you and all your other staff members.

What makes you stand apart from others?: I dont give up easily when i have a problem i try my best to solve it as quick as possible with explaining other people what i did to solve it so you and they can learn someting about it.

Previous Experience with building: Like i said i've owned a buildteam myself and i know how hard it is to maintain one. Creative is almost the only thing i like about minecraft because you can let your creative inner you out. Im playing minecraft since 1.2.2 so i have been there for quite some time.

Hi im MRJNGuy and im 16 year old. My skype name is Jaimy.noordegraaf and i live in the Netherlands. I like to help people with servers because i know a lot of plugins i can help you configure everything and maybe help you with the rest. Why pick you?: Im a verry loyal staff member i've been op/co on a lot of servers and i used to own a big network myself. So i know how to set up a server and keep players interested in playing on it. And the first thing players see on a server is the spawn. If you have a server with good builds the people know that they can expect a mature server with good staff that put time into the server.
