I've been playing around for around 3 months now, starting out with an addiction and now more of a laidback game i play 2-4hours a day (ups&down with rainy days/social events/...)
kind of servers that appeal to you
I like "legit" server, as in : no free diamonds from droppartys, pvp, economy (not essential for me),
i'm olso a fan of mcmmo,factions & anticheat plugins
basically, rpg/svanilla server, no crazy plugins
administrator/moderator experience
I'm currently CEO on a server (hardcore pvp & legit) , were i'm basically getting a ton of experience on plugins, spawnbuilding & website building (enjin, not from scratch )

well i've "logged into" over a 100 servers, butt most servers dissapoint me within 10 minutes (adminbases,droppartys with 1000+ diamonds,donators getting creative,spawncampers,kid staff, .....)
really played on like 5 server, fabledkingdoms,gromkill's medieval rpg,and were i'm at right now is trinity-craft
what attracts you to this opportunity
The age restriction, just not having to deal with kids all the time will be a welcome break from what i'm going throught now @ trinity
