EXPERIENCE: As staff? Well i ran a succesfull faction-raid server about 2 months ago (for a duration of 1 month), with a dozen of good players that came back everyday , butt i had to shut down because my Inet/Electricity bills were just to high

IN 50 WORDS OR MORE EXPLAIN HOW YOU CAN HELP THE SERVER:I believe i can help you attract new & good players (not 12yo kids) , seeing how i was succesfull at it on my own server & i'm studying PR at UHasselt (i use the stuff i learn there) , I'm olso a good builder, since i build my own server from scratch to (nearly) perfect, (i can turn it on so u can check it out if needed)
I got some rl friends studying IT, so a custom plugin, or a website can be made easily by them
WHY DO YOU WANT THE JOB?:Being co-owner of a server allows me to create&test out the stuff i build on a live-audience (arena's, maps, plugins), it olso pleases me when people play on a server i've helpt build/create and are enjoying themselves, it gives me a sort of satisfaction
CAN YOU DONATE:Yes i can, butt no i wont , i believe being co-owner i will motivate the players to donate, & spending the time&effort is my way of '"contributing" to the server
HOW MUCH TIME CAN YOU GIVE TO THE SERVER?:On average i spend 3h/day on minecraft (it can go up/down depending on weather(rainy/sunny day , or social event/vacations)
HOW CAN YOU HELP THE OTHER STAFF AND MEMBERS?:I got an awesome judge of character , so i can help you out with finding other staff members and discovering who made a fake-app (like the post above mine, u assigned "developer" to a 14 yo kid, (NO way he knows how to make custom plugins / code java, the only thing he can do is play with the setting of premade plugins, something anyone can do who spends an hour reading the README)
