Hello, I am NinetiesKids, and welcome to my profile!
Real life facts about me:
I'm Male.
I'm American.
I'm a Christian.
I'm autistic.
I'm homeschooled (I'm graduating this year).
I still live with my parents plus my little sister. My older brother recently just moved out.
My birthday is June 7. I'm not giving you what year though.
Favorite Color:
Pink (or
Gray if your colorblind).
My childhood history on Minecraft:
As a young lad, I only had Minecraft for the Xbox 360, where I would play it all the time. I did have Java too, but I could only play it through my big brother's account because I was still a young lad, but I only used it to play my favorite FTB mods such as the Hat Pack, MrCrayFish's Furniture Mod, or the PAX South 2015 Challenge. I also had Bedrock as well, but I had it on my tablet back when it was called Pocket Edition and there was no Marketplace, crazy I know!
Every YouTuber I've used to watched but don't anymore:
Alex Da Noob - Logdotzip's Bedrock channel until it was taken over by you know who. Pretty much inactive now.
Block Facts - Basically a Skip the Tutorial clone, which I've found his channel through, well, Skip the Tutorial.
CaptainSparklez - I've only ever watched his Fallen Kingdom, Revenge, and TNT music videos.
DanTDM - Pretty sure I watched him because I wanted to see what good content he had. Pretty sure then he became my favorite YouTuber, but I don't remember why I stopped watching him, maybe because he doesn't interest me anymore. I also wanna highlight his D.A.B. Police videos where I became an (unofficial) member of the team. Heck, I once built a D.A.B. Police Station in Minecraft (it mostly looked like a LEGO City Police Station) with a dabbing armor stands data pack (
Here if your curious). Eventually after I stopped watching DanTDM, I unofficially quit the D.A.B. Police.
Element Animation - Loved Villager News and their other shows like An Egg's Guide to Minecraft and Terraria: The Animated Series as a kid, but I don't watch them very much now unless they upload a new video. Also, I've never watched The Crack as a kid, but I have now and yeah, it's pretty good.
Fuzzy Puppet - A toy reviewer dressed as an orange childish Sesame Street like muppet. I remember being a fan of his videos as a very young kid. I do remember the first video I've seen of his which I think was his Lego Minecraft The Cave unboxing.
Grian - Pretty sure I've only seen his Build Battle and Speed Builders videos and his Drawing from Memory videos too. I still remember how he drew Elmo though I'll give you that.
Hopcat - Found him through TCNick3. Think I only watched ONE video of his.
How It Should Have Ended - Makes funny parodies of movie endings.
JackFrostMiner - Dang I don't remember very much about this one. I remember he played Minecraft Pocket Edition though before it was called Bedrock.
Kids Wild Ride - I remember they're videos were so funny as a kid. They made these like Toy Story 4 parody videos (yes this was WAY before we actually did get a Toy Story 4) involving like a Woody and Buzz doll and occasionally a bag of Doritos. This reminds me that I have a Woody doll too (I would like to get rid of it but my mom refuses) and I would always come up with some crazy shenanigans with that doll. Good times.
Little Z - Found him through TCNick3.
Logdotzip - So my sister and I used this thing called YouTube Kids (yeah I once used YT Kids go ahead and laugh at me but just so you know thankfully I nor my sister don't use that garbage anymore) and we found this YouTuber called Logdotzip (I can't remember the first we've seen from him but I do remember it had like a flying attacking sheep in it). Me and my sister watched a few more of his videos and he then became our favorite YouTuber until he started uploading nothing but Minecraft Mob videos then we stopped watching him, but to be honest I mostly liked his Minecraft map videos really.
MICHAELHICKOXFilms - A Lego stop-motion animator. I really love how funny they were, it makes me sad he's retired from YouTube now.
Minute Minecraft Parodies - Found them through HISHE. They make like these movies told in one-minute videos using Minecraft animation. Very much inactive now.
Mumbo Jumbo - An expert at redstone. Don't remember why I liked watching him or how I found his channel though.
PloopChannel - Only videos I've remembered from them were two Skolka (a Minecraft ocelot plush) and Polka (a Minecraft mooshroom plush)
videos. One was where they wondered if tomato was a fruit and another one where they discovered that cheese is made from milk.
Poppt1 - Found him through TCNick3.
Skip the Tutorial - Your local guide to Minecraft life hacks. Do note that's he called Skip the Tutorial because his real-life name is Skip, not because he's skipping the tutorial. Also, this was how I found Failboat and JayMoji.
Stampylongnose - Probably the first Minecraft YouTuber I've ever watched. I remember watching his Lovely World series and loved it (sad to see he uploaded his last Lovely World video). I especially wanna highlight that one Minecraft tutorial world with Stampy's Lovely World in it. Probably my favorite tutorial world as a kid.
TheOdd1sOut - I used to love watching him talk about his growing up life, but now he's... pretty much talked about every single moment of his life. Oddballs is pretty good though.
Thinknoodles - I'm pretty sure we've all watched at least one brainrot channel. Unfortunately, he was the only one that I actually watched but only because I was more interested in his horror videos. Thankfully I don't ever watch him anymore.
Unspeakable - I'm pretty sure I've only seen a couple of his videos then I stopped watching him.
Every YouTuber I watch now:
Choctopus - Found his channel though Sidequest. I only watch him if I can't find anything else to watch.
Failboat - Found his channel though Skip the Tutorial. I only watch him if I can't find anything else to watch.
JayMoji - Found his channel though Skip the Tutorial. I only watch him if I can't find anything else to watch.
King of Skill - The Kingdom of Skill. Pretty sure I found his channel through Party Crashers. Just make sure that YOU PICK WAAAAAAAAAAAARIO!!
Party Crashers - Pretty sure this was where I found both King of Skill, Sophist, and TCNick3's channels. They're first video I've seen from them was I think a Smash Ultimate Custom Stage video.
Sidequest - Started watching they're channel because Vernias was part of it. It's also how I found Choctopus' channel.
Skippy T - Skip the Tutorial's second channel.
Sophist - The Sophisticated Society (No in anyway related to
Sophisticated_Trashcan lol). Pretty sure I found his channel through Party Crashers.
TCNick3 - The TCNation. Pretty sure I found his channel through Party Crashers.
Vernias - The Vern Nation. Loves Kirby and anything pink. I'm pretty sure I remember finding his channel after I watched a video where he and Failboat were playing Clubhouse Games (the video was on Failboat's channel btw).
My childhood obsessions (other than Minecraft):
101 Dalmatians - I was only interested in the 1997 cartoon. Good show. Haven't seen all the episodes though but I have been meaning to watch all of it on Disney+ actually.
2000s Nick Jr. - I remember watching golden age Nick Jr. shows like Blue's Clues, Max & Ruby, and The Backyardigans. Man, why doesn't Nick Jr. feel fun anymore?
Amusement Parks - I only liked looking them up on Wikipedia. My favorite ones I liked to look up were like Geauga Lake, Joyland Amusement Park (the one from Kansas), Kiddieland Amusement Park, Nara Dreamland, Nickelodeon Studios (from Universal Studios Florida), Sega World Sydney, Six Flags New Orleans (or any other Six Flags for that matter), and Warner Bros. Movie World (along with Road Runner Roller Coaster). Or heck, I also loved building them in Minecraft. There was also a bunch of other random stuff I liked looking up on Wikipedia, I even remember saving a bunch of real life photos of products like Kinder candy, Old Spice, and a PC-8000 (it also had Snoopy on it and I once used it as my desktop wallpaper and my dad saw it and thought it was a Commodore 64), and other random stuff I liked such as Playmobil FunPark, a poster for The SpongeBob Movie: It's a Wonderful Sponge (aka Sponge on the Run), the Wii menu, and possibly every Microsoft Windows version. And I should note I once had a game on my Kindle fire called Ultimate Logo Quiz where if I get a logo correct, I could tap on the "Read More" on the top of the screen and it would take me to a Wikipedia page of that specific logo and that was where I used Wikipedia growing up.
Angry Birds - One of my favorite mobile games growing up. I especially wanna highlight Angry Birds Seasons, aka the best game in the series and you can't tell me otherwise as well as the first movie. I also wanna highlight those The Flock Visit videos where Red, Chuck, and Bomb from the 2016 movie visits AMC Theaters and Cinemark while Chuck, also from the 2016 movie, alone visits Regal Cinema.
Animal Crossing - So I remember I got a copy of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate one Christmas and one day I just seemed to like Villager (he was not my main trust me), and that's when my love for Animal Crossing started to grow. Then one time for my birthday I bought Animal Crossing: City Folk for the Wii (the game that I fell in love with before I even played Animal Crossing). At first, I didn't know what to expect from the game, but then a few minutes into the game I just walked around doing absolutely nothing talking to the villagers and shaking trees until a beehive falls from one and whatever. Eventually on another christmas I got Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo for Nintendo 3DS. Don't think I played it very much unlike City Folk. I've also played Pocket Camp on my phone (gonna buy the complete version someday) and I also had a Villager figurine. Good game franchise.
Calvin & Hobbes - One of my favorite comics as a kid. I remember building Calvin's house a few times in Minecraft as well as his school or even Mars.
Cars - I LOVED Cars as a kid. I remember I would collect a whole bunch of diecast cars and play with them nonstop.
Despicable Me 2 - One of my favorite childhood movies.
Finding Dory - I remember having a pfp of Dory with a tag on her, but that's mostly all.
Frozen - Why out of all things did I like this movie as a kid?
Garfield - Another comic I loved as a kid. Still a pretty good comic today.
Good Burger - Definitely one of my favorite childhood movies. It made me laugh so much as a kid. Oh yeah, I was a fan of Nickelodeon's All That as a kid after watching the newer episodes and then the older episodes.
How The Grinch Stole Christmas - I loved the Jim Carrey movie. The Illumination Grinch, eh sure, but the Jim Carrey one was one of my favorite childhood movies. Definitely a good laugh. Until one day my mom thought the Jim Carrey version was too inappropriate for me, so she told me to stop watching it. But now that I'm older I could watch it whenever I want, but who knows where though now that it's not on Netflix anymore.
Inside Out - Don't know why I was a fan of this movie.
Kung Fu Panda - Don't think I was ever obsessed with this, but I do remember my mom telling me this and Cars were my favorite movies as a toddler. And heck, I have an annoying younger cousin whose favorite movies are Cars and Kung Fu Panda (and he likes SpongeBob too I suppose).
Let's Go Luna! - I think this one was because I made a Luna Mii for Tomodachi Life.
Minecraft: Story Mode - I was a HUGE fan of this game as a kid (take note of this
WITHER_ST0RM). I especially loved A Portal to Mystery (or at least the title screen of the episode I guess). In fact, that reminds me of the time when I printed and laminated both pictures of the episodes 6, 7, and 8 title screens and I would just tape them on my bedroom wall next to my bed, and whenever it was my bedtime, I would put my hand on the episode 6 title screen and would always hope that the MCSM characters would be in my dreams. Not sure if it ever happened though, but boy was I a weird kid though. Also, I remember I once refused to play episode four back then because, spoilers for this decade old game by the way, Reuben died. But yes, I have played all of season one plus season two episode one (And no I did NOT cry when Reuben died because I'm a grown man). Never did have the other season two episodes because I had both Story Mode games for the Xbox 360 where season two only had the first episode.
Mr. Driller - I just liked the characters I guess such as Susumu or Puchi.
Nano Metalfigs - I loved collecting these as a kid. I remember the first ones I got. It was the Disney-Pixar 5-pack with Mr. Incredible, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Mike, and Sully one of my aunts got me for my birthday. My favorite ones probably have to be the Nickelodeon 5-pack, the one with Patrick, Chuckie, Arnold, Rocko, and Stimpy. Sadly, I don't collect them anymore because I rarely do now, and I've moved on to Funko Pops.
Old Microsoft Windows Versions - One time on Wikipedia after discovering about Purble Place I stared to fall in love with older Windows versions. In fact, Windows 7 was one of the Windows versions I had growing up. Purble Place is definitely underrated though, makes me wish Microsoft would bring it back sometimes, but I guess there's the Purple Place knock off on Steam too, in which I have played.
Om Nom Stories - I loved watching that as a kid as well as playing the Cut the Rope games too. I especially loved Om Nom and Om Nelle combined, mostly from the Super-Noms seasons.
Pac-Man - Don't remember why I was a Pac-Man nerd.
Pichu - My favorite Pokémon from when I was a kid. Never did play Pokémon but ratherly I took these random Super Smash Bros. Ultimate screenshots of Villager (alt 5) and Pichu (alt 2) at random locations and calling them "Villager & Pichu: Best Friends". I don't know why I did this I guess I was just being stupid I suppose. And again, Pichu was not my main trust me.
Pingu - To be honest, who doesn't love Pingu? I especially loved the episode where Pingu had bladder problems from drinking too much soda and he ended up peeing on the bathroom floor. Also, I was never scared of the episode where Pingu dreams of the giant walrus. He didn't scare me one bit. In fact, I only just found it funny actually. BECAUSE IT'S PINGU! Other episodes I loved was where Pinga was still an egg, and she poked her dad in the butt with her beak and the episode before that where Pingu watches over the egg and Pingu was just dancing to his music until the egg grew legs and moved on its own as Pingu tries to catch it while making a mess in the house. Oh, and finally a moment before those two episodes where Pingu was sucking his vegetables through a straw and he spat it all out in the toilet.
Pinky Dinky Doo - All I can remember from this one was that I built a Lego Pinky Dinky Doo BrickHead. Don't think I've ever seen the show though.
Playhouse Disney - Don't know why on this one. I don't think I've watched Playhouse Disney growing up for all I know. I guess maybe I just liked the aesthetic of it.
Rolie Polie Olie - This was mostly because of The Great Defender of Fun DVD cover.
Sesame Street - I mostly only liked it for characters such as Cookie Monster and Rudy (they were my favorite). I also liked The Furchester Hotel for some reason.
Sonic The Hedgehog - Yup. Fellow Sonic fan right here. Also, I just wanna say that my favorite Sonic characters back in the day were Cream & Cheese, Classic Amy Rose (Modern Amy Rose is just annoying for me), and Charmy Bee (and a little bit of Classic Tails too).
SpongeBob SquarePants - I'm pretty sure we all loved SpongeBob as kids. I remember I used to have this Imaginext Krusty Krab Castle playset. It was pretty awesome. Now the newer SpongeBob episodes just suck now. P.S. This, Fairly OddParents, and Jimmy Neutron were the only Nick shows I at least remembered watching growing up.
Super Mario 3D World - I never ever had a Wii U, but the actual start of my obsession came from The Cat Mario Show, a series about puppet versions of Cat Mario and Cat Peach interviewing Nintendo games, which I've only seen like three episodes of, all from the Nintendo 3DS eShop, but I'm pretty sure they have more episodes on YouTube. Plus, I also had a Cat Toad figuring as well.
The Looney Tunes Show - This was my favorite Looney Tunes as a kid. Probably because of how Bugs and Daffy were portraying as best friends.
The Lorax - Loved the Illumination movie, was one of my favorite childhood movies.
Tomodachi Life - I used to LOVE that game so much as a kid. Sadly, I don't play it anymore after I stopped using my Nintendo 2DS. Also, WE'RE FINALLY GETTING TOMODACHI LIFE ON NINTENDO SWITCH, BUT IT'S NOT UNTIL 2026 THOUGH, AND NOW I'M SAD!! D'>
Trolls - If I thought me liking Frozen was weird, this one's even weirder. Maybe it was because of the Poppy and Branch toys that Arby's gave out and I used to have those exact same toys.
WiiWare - I was obsessed with games like Dr. Mario Online Rx, My Pokémon Ranch, Mr. Driller W, and Bomberman Blast despite the fact I NEVER had any of those games ever.
WordWorld - My mom once told me that WordWorld and Super Why! were my favorite shows as a toddler. It's also the two shows where I ended up learning to both spell and speak too. But in my kid ages, I mostly liked WordWorld more.
Everything I love / My obsessions now:
Adeleine, Ribbon, and Elfilin from Kirby -
Anything from the 1990s and 2000s -
Bully Maguire and Mr. Bean combined - It's just too dang funny.
Cosplaying as a female in video games - Only if they're cute and young looking.
Funko Pops -
Lisa Simpson and Maggie Simpson - The greatest sister duo known to my kind! Better than Bluey and Bingo combined!
Morshu - Lamp oil, rope, bombs, you want it? It's yours my friend, as long as you have enough rubies. Sorry Link, I can't give credit. Come back when you're a little, mmmmmmmmmmmm, richer.
Pink - My favorite color!
Pokémon Trading Cards -
Quaxly from Pokémon -
Rivals of Aether Steam Workshop - Sometimes I just like laughing my head off.
Sixth generation video game consoles - The PlayStation 2, GameCube, and Xbox my beloveds
Stupidity and being stupid - Huh. I wonder who that's for.
The Plucky Squire - Jot, Violet, Thrash, and Pip my beloveds. I did buy the game on my Nintendo Switch, but not once did I even play it, but I really should eventually. Don't know why I'm not playing it, maybe I'm just looking for the right time to do so.
World's Smallest - Those miniaturized toys. I thought I stopped collecting these, but I guess not. They're pretty good though, and yes, they actually work.
Everything I hate:
Bart Simpson - He's such a brat! Especially what he did to Lisa when she was just a baby!
Modern Amy Rose - She's just quite annoying for me. This does NOT apply to Classic Amy Rose though; she gets a pass for being kind of cute.
My annoying younger cousins -
My internet being so sluggish and/or going down - I'd just wish my family would buy better internet man. :(
Puyo Puyo Tetris - Some of the characters are just annoying and also I hate Tetris more.
Random cringe on YouTube - Need I say anything else?
Sonic Adventure DX -
Sonic Boom (2014) -
SpongeBob SquarePants - I used to love that show as a kid, but seeing what they've done in the newer/modern era episodes and all of its cash grab spin-offs, I hate it now and I really wish Nickelodeon would just cancel it and face the fact that they can just make money from their other shows! The classic era is still good though.
That one axolotl horror game who I refuse to mention by name - If you know, you know.
The Garfield Show -
The Loud House -
The Octodad games -
Those fill-in memes from DeviantArt - I don't have DeviantArt, but just why?! It's not even art dangit! It's just copy and paste, and you call that art?! And they think it's funny too, but you don't see me laughing now do you?!
Tom & Jerry Tales -
My username history:
These are all the usernames that I came up with.
PCXbox1PS4Switch - Probably the OLDEST username that I came up with. Don't think I ever used it for anything but I'm quite glad I didn't because it's kind of a cruddy name.
MintScarf600780 - My OLD Xbox profile. I think this was an Xbox generated username, and I went with it probably I thought it said "MineCraft600780", and I was a fan of Minecraft.
MineBandit9 - My former Xbox name. Again, probably because I was a fan of Minecraft.
LaserBandit9 - My current Xbox name. This was where I used up my free username change because I probably wanted a cooler username. I would like to change it, but I don't have ten freaking dollars and even if I did, I'd probably spend it on better stuff really.
Nineties - My current Nintendo Switch name. There is no "Kids" at the end because of the word counter.
NinetiesOverlord - An older version of the name I have now. This was because I wanted to be the overlord of the 1990's.
NinetiesKids - The name I have now and I'm quite glad with it.
I probably had more usernames, but I probably won't show them for privacy reasons.
Stupid facts about my childhood:
A. Back when I was a kid me and my sister were jumping on I think her bed until I fell off the bed and broke my collar bone.
B. I heard this specific song in so many LEGO Minecraft videos and I didn't know who made the song and what it was called at the time. It wasn't until I bought Minecraft - Volume Beta on CD and the rest was history. The song was Alpha by C418. I rarely had Java as a kid so I would have never gotten this before.
C. I made up this thing called The World of Universe where every franchise was like they're own dimension in a faraway galaxy. I should note that I made all of that up
BEFORE I even heard of the term "franchise" as a kid lol.
D. I once thought that Uma Thurman was sung by Maroon 5. It's actually sung by Fall Out Boy.
E. I wasn't allowed to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 as a kid, probably because of how dark it was. It's funny because I was allowed to watch Cars 2 as a kid despite it being surprisingly dark as well. This probably goes for the same with the How to Train Your Dragon movies. And yes, now that I'm older I've seen both movies.
F. I would always tease my little sister by snatching her "blanky", which was a teal yarn-like blanket, when she wasn't using it so she could chase me until she got her "blanky" back. Don't know if she still has that exact same "blanky" today, but I doubt it.
G. Me, my sister, and my mom were one time watching Looney Tunes: Back in Action on Netflix, but then our mom put an end to it after the scene where Dusty Tails became so sexy and started singing Get Yourself a Bad Girl. This also reminds me of another time I wanted my mom to rent me Space Jam so I could watch it, but then my mom told me that I wasn't allowed to watch the Looney Tunes movies. Don't think she ever gave me a reason WHY though. Again, now that I'm older I've seen both movies now and liked them (Space Jam: A New Legacy was pretty terrible though).
H. One Christmas Eve I asked for some Sonic toys and that's what I got. They were Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Metal Sonic, and Super Sonic, all classic characters. The reason why I bring this up is because as a kid I never knew Super Sonic's name was Super Sonic, so I instead called him Yellow Sonic. You know, BECAUSE HE'S YELLOW!
I. One Christmas I ended up getting my very first Nintendo 2DS. It was white and red with New Super Mario Bros. 2 pre-installed and with a Sonic Boom sticker on it with Knuckles and Tails up front (this was WAY before I hated Sonic Boom trust me). I remember I would always kill some time playing that thing, until one day the touch screen on it stopped working and I could only touch the VERY bottom of the touch screen, which was a pain, which then another day I did the most stupidest thing by going to my bathroom sink and pouring water on it thinking it would fix it. Apparently, I made it worse and now the 2DS wouldn't work at all but thankfully me and my mom put it in a bowl of rice, and it worked again, except for the fact that the touch screen was STILL broken. Then the next Christmas I got ANOTHER Nintendo 2DS, this time it was blue and black, again with New Super Mario Bros. 2 pre-installed, but no sticker this time, and I still have that exact same Nintendo 2DS to this day, but it's now sitting in my dad's office collecting dust because I don't use it anymore.
J. One time I remember I was drawing random letters and/or numbers on a markerboard. When I was done, I went to show my mom what I drew when I then came into her bedroom where I found her and she was watching an episode of The Waltons where their entire house was on fire, and I just stood there all traumatized as I watched their house burning down in flames. Now as a kid I wasn't pretty much scared of anything except for like spiders or stink bugs, but THIS traumatized me the most. This reminds me of another time when I saw my mom watching a Hallmark movie called One Christmas Eve where the beagle dog in the movie dragged the Christmas tree down on the floor then it just lit on fire, but I wasn't too much scared of it though unlike that one Waltons episode.
K. One time I remember my older brother was playing the Green Hill Zone Reversed music on his phone. Don't remember why, but I asked him what that song was, and he told me it was Sonic.exe, and I asked this question in the stupidest way possible, I asked "Oh yeah, and what does this Sonic.exe look like?" He then showed me a picture of Sonic.exe's face as he kept shoving it in my face as I hid behind the kitchen pantry door until he stopped. I guess you could say I was scared of Sonic.exe but not anymore though. In fact, I'm pretty sure this was the ONLY time I ever came across Sonic.exe as a kid, but not the only creepypasta though. I have heard of Herobrine as a kid, but I was never scared of him though.
L. One time my mom banned me and my sister from watching SpongeBob SquarePants for it being too stupid. To be honest we were quite disappointed when that happened, but if my mom banned me and my sister from watching it today, we honestly wouldn't care at all because we're not big fans of the show anymore, not after the newer episodes of course.
