Not true, he lied about the spamming and I only asked 3 times what rank I was. You were the one who spawned the EnderDragon not the world and therefore it was your fault.

Experience> I have been an Admin on 3 servers that are named the following: Thaulcraft, VikingCraft and Razercraft. I have also been a mod on 2 servers named CraftableGaming server and Nightmarecraft and a Head-Admin on a server named ServerNx. So I have pretty decent experience and I am no stranger to this kind of thing.

Why should we pick you over others> You should pick me over the other because I
always try my best to learn from my mistakes. Sometimes I may not please you with something I do and if you just tell me what I did wrong if I don't notice it I will learn from it and will probably not so it again. I will also listen to all players that need me becase what I hate is when you ask for a staff and they are busy talking to the donors or other staff and the topic isn't important. I will always help because thats just the kind of person I am and I will dedicate time and effort into the servers I am a staff on. You should also pick me because I know my stuff and what to do (usually) and what not to do and I know when to use mute, kick, temp-ban and ban or give out warnings. If you accept me i will prove to be a diligent staff and over time you will learn to trust me. What I believe in is staff working together instead of fighting constantly over things to do about the server. I have been in a situation like this and all it causes is trouble and I always try my best to avoid them.I will never do a half-job but will always complete the tasks set for me.

How active> Due to homework my access to minecraft may be restricted so I can be on, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for about 2hours per day. I will inform you if I'm on a holiday over skype.
Maturity> I am more of the east going type but don't swear, make crude jokes and definitely not childish. I enjoy the occasional joke (not rude) and I am fine with a good laugh. I never talk inappropriately so you can be sure that what I say is safe.

Can you control your staff members> I can control my staff members and usually using my authority is enough but occasionally I must use some perms to make sure they are properly controlled eg. A staff is bullying a player by griefing them and trying to make them feel bad. I would first tell the other staff to stop. If they kept going after agreeing to I will ask why they are doing it again. By this time I would threaten them with kicking and they would usually stop. If they kept going, having a major grudge against the player I will proceed to kick them. If they are stupid enough to continue i would threaten demotion and abuse reports and you know how it goes from there. So I guess I am pretty good at controlling my staff.

Any extra things> I can build and help around when needed. If someone is out of my authority and abusing I will contact you.

GUYS! Don't apply for this server. Terrible builds, immature staff and they set an EnderDragon on you to destroy your builds. You can apply but the result won't be good.

Why do you want to be staff? I would really enjoy the opportunity to help, build and develop this server with my expereince, skills and ability to be a good staff. I wwant to be a staff to help this server grow and because I want to put my time into a server to be a staff on.

Why should we choose you? You should choose me because I have lots of experience of being a staff. I have been an admin on 3 servers called Razercraft, Vikingcraft and Thaulcraft. I have been Head-Admin on a server called ServerNx and a mod on CraftableGaming and on a server which doesn't have a name.
I am very mature and I am good with dealing with players and helping with commands and builds. What I hate on servers is when you ask for a staff and they're busy talking 2 other staff or donors so they ignore you. I will be a staff who will listen to those who need me and make sure nobody is left clueless.

Position applying for : I'm going for Head of Development or Human Resources Manager.
Reason for Application : I'm applying for this server because it seems like a server that is worth applying for and I want the experience to help in a server like this to help it progress as a server.

Experience (details) : I have been an Administrator on 4 servers named the following: VikingCraft, CraftableGaming, Razercraft and a H-Admin on ServerNx all of which are down except for ServerNx which is down atm because of technical difficulties like bugs. I have also been a mod for 2 servers named Nightmarecraft and Thaulcraft. On ServerNx I am a server recruitment manager also. I am a builder on this server which doesn't have a name yet.

Dedicated time: I would dedicate as much time as I could but due to the amount of homework it may be restricted. I can be on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for about 2hours per day. I can access the website whenever I want with no restrictions.

What you can bring to the server: I will bring me to the server not some stupid chump who abuses their power and is an idiot. I would help as much as I could and not ignore players who ask for me which I find annoying on most servers when they ignore you and talk to other staff and donors and I can also build, redstone, and work with other staff without causing objections. I would consider myself quite maturee but fun at the same time and I will not abandon the server by leaving it because of some light incident. I will be a very dedicated and trustworthy person if you accept me and I will finish tasks to the best of my abilities unless its something against the good of the server. I will also be there to try sort things out calmly rather than to use caps and spam to sort out disagreements.

Proof of past Builder/Dev/Admin role : Most of the servers which I included in my experience have shut down. Other than that I cannot give any more proof due to these servers shutting down their websites, servers and more proof essentials. Previous Experience: I have been a mod on 2 servers: Dialcraft and Thaulcraft (Both shut down). An Admin on 4: ServerNx (Still up but in maintenance), Razercraft, Vikingcraft and Nightmarecraft.
What Makes You Different From Other Applicants:

What makes me different from other applicants is that I am very versatile when it comes to the tasks I need to accomplish. I also love to help people who are in need when some staff may not bother. What I hate is when you are asking a staff for something like how to claim your house and they just ignore you because they're talking to donors and other staff. I'll always listen and answer a player if he/she is asking for me and will not ignore them.
Why Should We Accept You:

You should accept me because I have plenty of experience as staff, I don't need over elaborate instructions when you ask a job of me, I know when it is necessary to mute, ban or kick and I think myself as mature and I dont swear or make crude jokes about anything and racism, sexism or discrimination I think to be punishable by a mute, kick or if continued, a ban.
Why Do You Want To Be Staff:

I want to be a staff because I want to help and be with this server as it grows and and gets more popular and be a fun, mature and dedicated staff who will not abuse any powers and I also want to help more people in any way I can, being a staff on a server for one. I also think that being a staff is not only a privilege but a great responsibility not to be taken lightly. I think myself to be ready for this task and hope that you will choose me to be a staff for your server.

I have never been banned or muted unless there was a glitch or mistake.

what can you bring to the server / job: I could bring justice and help to the server and make things a whole lot easier. I enjoy helping others as well as building and bringing up a server to be awesome. I can help the Owner do many things like keep players in check and giving out the right punishments and knowing when something is enough. I also like to do jobs for those in a rank above me and I will not hesitate to do something i can do.
why you deserve the job: I have had lots of experience in staff, an admin on 3 and mod on 2. I know when to do certain things and how to do them right and I reckon i could do a pretty epic job at being a staff on your server. i'm quite active and I am a pretty decent builder so I can help you with my builds. Maturity: If I had to place myself on a scale of 1-10, 1 being terrible and 10 being extremely mature I would be a 9.

Trust Level: If you allow me to be a staff on your server I will prove to you to be a very trustworthy player. So on a scale of 1-10, 9 and a half.

Timezone: I'm in Australia, Victoria so I think I'm 10 hours ahead GMT.
Have you ever been mod/Admin before?: yes, I have been admin on two servers and a mod on two servers as well as a helper on one.

How many hours can you play on weekdays/weekends?: I can play on Weekdays and Weekends about 1+ hours but only until the end of my school holiday. After that I can only play 1+hours on Weekends but I'll dedicate as much time as possible.

What would you do if someone was spamming the chat with another server's ip: I would give them a warning to stop, then I would threaten to kick them. If they kept that up i would kick them but if they still went on I would temp kick them for 1d and if they come on again and still spam it I will ban them.

Any extra notes about yourself: I am willing to dedicate time and effort to this server and I think I can help players who come on have a great server experience. I love to build and redstone as well as build mini games. It would be great if you accepted me and I would treat it as a privilege.
