Minecraft/Servers -Creating a server- In need of Staff and Graphics

Age: I'll be turning twelve in August.
Time zone: Eastern
Why do you want to be mod on the server?: There are so many servers with good plugins and amazing donation rewards, but so many of those servers are no fun because of the staff members. It really just ruins the experience, so if I'm given the chance, why not just help out?
Why should we choose you?: I may be young but I'm intelligent and friendly. I get along with most people and I know how to deal with most problems. I tend to ask a lot of questions, which usually results in knowing how to do my "job" correctly. I don't use profanity or profanity shortcuts. I know how to work most plugins, and I also have a bit of knowledge when it comes to spotting hacks. If I am chosen I'll do my best to make sure all players have the best time, but I will do it according the rules.
Past experience being mod: I have little experience but being a moderator on a realms server for a little bit until it was shut down. Besides that I have no other experience being a moderator, but I do own a server of my own.
Anything else: I have nothing else to say but this; I do not have a Skype. You can contact me via sazzywish@gmail through email or Google Chat. I'm working on setting up a Skype account, but Windows 8 is making it very hard for me to do that.

I've only been on a day, but the server's amazing. I've had a blast so far, killing mobs and the usual. This server's different from the rest, its naturally fun without a reason. Its one of those servers where you get on and your like; Wow, I'm gonna come on everyday! The plugins make sense, there's no PvP so I feel like I can play along side others without much of a worry. I recommend this server to everyone.

Yes, yes I can do this. I spend a lot of time roleplaying on RPG sites; WCRPG to be exact. I'm copy an example of my writing. I do not have a Skype, but I have a Google chat or whatever that's called.

It had been a while since she'd used her Sight, never having a use for it before. She never thought she'd need it, but it was just one of those days when you got curious. She decided to leave camp, just so she didn't see a creepy cat in the apprentices' den or something. She chose to go up to the peak of the cliffs for an hour or so, relaxing in the peaceful heights. After she was thoroughly relaxed from her nose to her tail, she left and went down to the forest.

She squeezed her eyes shut and concentrated, trying to remember how she activated the power the first time. When she opened her eyes she could only she the faintest outlines of the spirits, so she closed her eyes once more and when she opened them, she saw. There were many souls, just lime she'd seen before. She saw the spirits of squirrels and birds, even a few cats here and there. There was just one thing that troubled her, it was the group of pure black spirits heading toward her. It was like they knew she was there. Suddenly she was scared, for their eyes were locked on her like she was their prey, and it scared her. She backed up to the edge of the cliff, and she realized she hadn't actually gone that far into the forest.

So there she stood, scared she might die. She closed her eyes and reopened them, finding she couldn't turn her Sight off. The apprentice did however have a very good, photographic memory, so she quickly dug into her brain for something to use. She did remember something. That night when she met that ghost, he couldn't touch her, no he went right through her. She stood a little taller and braver, glaring into the eyes if the enemy. But the trio of black souls didn't seem to care, in fact they even smirked.

Confused by this, Seventhpaw decided she just needed to get out of there and flee. She ran toward the trio, wanting to go right through them. She did, but gasped as their unsheathed claws struck at her, hitting not her body, but her soul and causing a horrid pain that filled her mind with nothing but pain. She screamed out and bowled over, landing hard on the ground. She looked up to see them calmly walking toward her, malicious intent their eyes. They wanted to kill her.




I have more examples if you'd want a more MC roleplay type of writing.

Hey are you using the right IP? There are two IPs for a server, one for you to log on with (aka the local IP) and the IP others use to log on. You can check for your non-local IP by going to whatsmyip.com or search 'ip' on Bing or Google. That might be why others can't get on your server.

IGN: CrystalShowers (after the 1.8 update I'm changing it to Sazzywish)
Age: I'm turning twelve in August.
Position applying for: Admin, Mod, Head-Admin, Co-Owner, it doesn't really matter to me. Of course I'd prefer Co-Owner or Head-Admin, but wouldn't everyone? :)
Why should we pick you for that position: Despite my young age I'm mature. I'm one of those people who can deal with others, such as generally annoying people not being very annoying to me. You get it from having a little brother. ;) I also have a friendly, intelligent persona with a tendency to spot all the little, important or unimportant, details. I've also watched some of those "become OP" videos, so I'm aware of all the tricks and hacks that come with some people willing to force themselves to become OP. I also know how to spot people hacking, such as watching for double attacks and speed hacks. I know most of the basic server commands, and usually I go and look up the commands for a plugin if I don't know how to use it.
Previous Server experience: I've been a mod on a realms server in which I was randomly invited to, and I am currently working on a server of my own.
How long can you be on Minecraft?: I can usually be on all day, but I have several other things that I do so maybe 5-6 hours at a time. With breaks in between, such as meals and other things.

Skype Name: I don't have a Skype, yet. I'm in the process of setting up an Microsoft account so I can use it on my PC.
Age: 12 in Aug.
Experience? : I have the mod file on my desktop, so I can put it into MC and test out all the features. I am also a moderator on a MC Realms server (in which I don't know the owner in IRL) and I work without complaining.
Why you would like to join? : I like RPGs and know that to create an RP server it takes a lot of time, money and skill. I would love to help out even if that means just setting up little quests and such, because I've been on other RP servers and know how big they are and how long it takes to make them.

Hello there, I'm Sazzywish. If your still doing this for free, I'd like a simple animation. (Or at least, I hope its simple.) I'd like it to have a background like the example you had with this music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ9zGJkbWUY). If you can do it, I'd like the letters of Sazzywish appear (in any way and color you want) and be finished by the first bass hit.
