Well here's my recommedation: Cubeville. It's family friendly(there's a swear filter), the staff are extremely helpful and there's a few plugins that are fun to use. There are ranks and one is for sale at the moment. There's an ingame currency called cubes and all sorts of things. I play on there actively, my IGN is QueenSheepaleepz if you ever want to chat
