[Gore warning? I guess, not intense, but just to be safe.]
About three weeks ago, I was experiencing lucid dreaming, through not by my own accord - I just woke up in the middle of the night and I couldn't speak or move at all, even having trouble breathing because I felt like I was being crushed right into the mattress.
So, I had my eyes open, I could see my bedroom, I could hear my cats shuffling around, my dog being restless - but I was seeing and hearing something else too.
I could also see the dream I was having as well as my actual surroundings. In the dream, my three closest friends, (we'll call them T, J, and D) were tied up in a dim lit room, immobile. Now, somehow I knew what was going to happen next, and I really, really didn't want to see it, but I couldn't do anything at all. I was forced to watch as T was brutally sliced open and as she was hacked apart by something? infront J and D. I was already crying, but I couldn't make any noise to alert my parents as to what was happening. The thing then moved on to D, and he was just crying and sobbing and throwing a fit, and really it was awful and I truly don't know what depths of hell my mind conjured this up from, at last it got to a trembling and crying J, covered in the blood of two of his best friends, and I, yet again was forced to watch again. After it was finished with J, it turned toward me, and that's when I woke up.

That's been a dream I remember vividly, and as soon as I could move again, I was sobbing and texting all three of them, and as soon I got to school the next day, I hugged the three of them. Since, I've been very wary of dreaming, and I still remember all of the details vividly.
