Which sides do light?
H1 H2
H3 H4
If only H1 & H2, H2 & H4, H4 & H3 or H3 & H1 light up you probably just placed the comparators wrong, they have to build a "circle", and maybe you made a mistake and made two hoppers go into each other.
I also don't really know what you want to obtain with the repeaters ^^
Since they couldn't even get powered
