Doesn't work that way. Go into a small-ish a server and be active and helpful if you actually want to have a chance at getting a staff position.

You should require a portfolio from builders/artists/developers if you want some capable people.

I think what most people miss here is that it would not be beneficial for Facebook to integrate any of the "ads 4 lyfe & data to nsa" stuff into the Oculus, because obviously no one would buy it. Mark Zuckerberg is not stupid. Hes just thinking that the profit from the company will be higher than the sum they paid, so its simply an investment. Also if Facebook needs quick money for some reason, they can sell the company.

Telling us that you're mature just makes you look more immature.

The world is made of stereotypes and you'll have to live with it or go cry in a corner. You cannot deny that younger people usually have less experience and social skills. They pay for their servers (unless its on a pc), and they don't want some ignorant kid handling griefers and complaints etc. I'm not saying that you are an "ignorant kid" but most of the young people the owners have met have been. They make their decisions based on experience, it's not like they're trying to harass younger people.

If you really want staff, get your own server and see how hard it is to get people to play on it.

nolez15I honestly suggest switching to GroupManager..

Just a suggestion, GM will outlive PEX anyways, and I find it less of a puzzle. Just something to consider.


What makes you think so? In my opinion they both have their own flaws.

8.1 is fine though, because you can turn off the start screen and it has double toolbars for dual monitors, and also ISO mounting capabilities.
