Help/JavaEdition Console Kicking/Banning players by itself...

Did not install anything recently, been 3 days since i even looked in configs and such for the server, and then BAM, no one is able to join no matter what i've tried, not even myself.. And i don't have whitelist turned on, no.. I searched for fixes to people not being able to join servers, tried this and that, but no one have encountered this before that i've been able to find :/

It's just a regular vanilla minecraft server with plugins added to it. Things like, signshop, jobs, mcmmo, silk spawners, grief prevention, autorank.
Kind of alot of the things you usually see on a bunch of servers. No "fancy" plugins yet
And ofc Essentials yes.
