Experience: I have been staff on many servers, and I have been many positions all the way from Helper to co Owner, I have been staff on every server I applied on for about two years and Have had many experiences, THese experiences have taught me maturity and Discipline!
Hours Available: Well you see sir, I am available all day everyday usually unless I am doing something, in which I will notify you prior of course, you can call on me whenever you need something done or just want to play together!
What other things could you offer the server: I can build many structures, My Vast Experience on servers allowed me to pick up some very good building techniques and styles, I am so good I can make amazing things out of just a few selective blocks, I have been building for many (3) years and I have learned so much builds and how to build them and make them better and I would always, I mean always happy to build you something. I can also provide Plugin assistance in some plugin areas, I am fairly knowledgable in plugins, considering I have been working with them respectivley for over a year and a half, I have never been dev because I do not like writing thousands of lines of coding. But I have learned from very good devs and I have learned the commands of plugins and what plugins are most beneficial for servers and ones that dont take up to much ram/ Memory and arent filled with that many bugs!
I can also provide a safe and fun atmosphere. I have played on over one hundred servers in my time playing minecraft multiplayer and I know what can make or break a server, And that is the player experience, If players are not having fun then what is the point of playing, I will keep everything and everyone under control, I will limit the cursing and I will not tolerate Bias Or predgjudice or racist and steryotypical slurs that can offend players, thus making people not scared of when the next bully will come about and can enjoy themselves, thats how I will provide a safe atmosphere. The fun comes in when I make things thrilling, I will place riddles and mysteries in peoples bases making them go out of their caves and explore, answering my riddles and above all getting a prize and a sense of fun.
And when there is a faction war. IT WILL BE WAR. I will make it so official so the entire server knows and can join in, I can even schedule PVP battles for all the factions to pvp in. I can do this and More!
I can bring a respectable medium to the server. You see sir, In my opinion the main building block of all servers is respect and trustworthy-ness, this allows jobs to get done alot faster, allow me to explain please, if people respect eachother they will work well together and not argue and they can actually focus on what they are doing and so they can get the job done faster, and if everyone has a sence of respect there will be no bullying and everything can run smoothly, I can provide that by breaking up fights, and offering compromises, and being nice to everyone so they think it would be good to do the same to me and all the other staff members, if everyone knows their place and has mutual respect I guarentee the server will succeed!
Why you want to be on the team: I want to be on the team because I love to help new servers, as I have seen so many go down due to lack of funds but mainly abusive staff I want to be the staff member that stands out and actually helps this new server, making things go quickly and efficiently so everything is perfect to the players, I like doing this for servers because I have a dream that I will be a part of something great, a great server and I want to help the server get there, I want this server to be famous, so the Owners money he put into it wont be in Vain and that he made a good investment.
Anything else you want to include: In the coming weeks me and some of my colleagues will be making machinemas, and once our channel gets bigger with the help of trollarchOffice we will be more than happy to advertise and shoot the machinemas on your server!
