I want a charmander cape, similar to my image, but instead of a cap I want a black headset with a green interior at each end, the charmander will also be doing an ok with his hand (like the image that I put below), it can also have claws, and a green eye (like the eye of the same image below but instead of blue green) and to finish I want it to be looking forward instead of below and I think it is that. If you have not understood any part just ask :)
