After talking with one of the judges, it was decided that this skin doesn't actually meet the contest requirements. An elemental such as the contest is talking about is supposed to be a creature that is made of or has special powers relating to a certain element. Because of this decision, this skin has been removed from the entries. However, you are still free to enter the contest with a skin that better fits the contest requirements (if you need examples of what works, you can look at the other contest entries).
