how do i download this for java? usually its a zipfile but when im trying to download the top one nothing happens, when i try the download link below it it gives me a regular file, doesnt work if i put it into the resource pack folder

I downloaded 3years ago the mob skin pack and used it as shulker box, the zip-file worked fine many years...If this today not work anymore, it is because of updates it seems and only PMC can update the mob skin pack. You can ask someone who made skin packs or made a ticket to ask for a update because i can not help. I never had made a skin pack, sorry.
Edit; don't unzip the file before you place the mob skin pack in Minecraft...

Oooooohhhhh, I Really ♥ your "Multicolored Shulker"!
But as I'm relatively new to this site & not in here much yet, I have 3 Quick ?'s for you please if I may ask?:

1.) Is it upgraded to 1.19.2?
2.) Is this a skin I can apply to my shulker boxes in storage so they'll look all nice with this design instead of the standard original blah-purplish-gray color?
3.) Does it work in Java?

It works! just download the mob skin pack and put it on your minecraft file; resource pack. (don't unzip the mob file). Choose first if you want java or bedrock and if you want the undead shulker or the box. I wish you fun with the texture!

If you download the skin pack you can change all shulkers , the undyed too. choose a option...
