The organic snooper is an organism which uploads information to the transverser datalogs in order to spy on the inhabitants of the World Web. They produce an unusual liquid from their hives which is somewhat sweet but inhibits the development of extreme intelligence of the people who eat from their "honey" to avoid the inhabitants from ever rebelling against the transverser race.
