Based on the real-life Pale-headed Rosella (Platycercus adscitus).
After a year-long bird hiatus, I am back with more birds. This one's a bit more of an obscure one, I set out to do this one because I need more blue parrots for my resource pack so I have a roughly even balance in each base colour.
