the Nanny-inator traps Agent P into a Playpen after putting a diaper on him. Dr. Doofenshmirtz has build this to prevent him from escaping. it's change time! the Nanny-inator tries to change his diaper but Agent P escapes and defeats him in the process, sending him away flying with the Bum Bum-inator.
