Based on the real-life "Red-Headed Mouse Spider" (Missulena occatoria), a spider native to Australia. This was requested by a friend, and I made it for her birthday late last year. This one is a male. I don't plan on doing a female, as the male's bright red and bluish-black are a lot more striking and interesting compared to the blander all-brown females.
