This rugged old cloak is dyed distinctively with colors of blue and frost from an ancient ice plains village. It was given to a powerful mage by the villager elders there as a gift to aid him on his adventures through the frosty land. Unforunately, he lost it, and it is now in your hands!

Well, it changes the texture of a cape, so you'll have to get a cape and then replace the texture via files
