Smiling Haunters once human turned into this abomination. Their human likeness is gone due to being infected by a Smiling Mercy. This causes their human features like eyes, lips, and nose to deform. Once transformed into a Smiling Haunter tentacle appendages appear on the back and the skin turns pale white. Beware of these entities for they induce extreme paranoia and are hostile to anything that comes their way.
