Adds the famous feathered dinosaur, Velociraptor, to Minecraft! Note: This can be made for vanilla Minecraft-styled prehistoric mods if you want to (if you could resize it to be turkey-sized and edit the model to include a fan tail and clawed fingered wings of the real Velociraptor).
