My original intent for this texture was for it to just be the actual shield part, because in Black Panther, when the Border Tribe soldiers use their shields (which were what this was based on), you can’t see where they’re coming from. Maybe it was their capes/cloaks, but that could have just been the method to activate them. Anyway, I couldn’t upload just the shield part cause Planet Minecraft doesn’t like anything to be entirely transparent, so I added a band to it. I tried to base it off of the ring that T’Challa got from his father, but I couldn’t get all the details in there, so I just freestyled, still trying to get the “Wakandan” feel to it, and I ended up really liking it, and I hope you do too! :)
