I'm really happy with the way this little guy came out. I pulled up a real picture of a yellowjacket and tried to emulate it closely.
I've never actually been stung by a yellowjacket wasp before, even though I like to hang out and observe them. In the autumn tons of them come over to eat old rotting crab apples that smell like vinegar by the side of the road near where I live.
