The ResourcePack can be found here:
https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/lapis-resources
Addons:
Tinkery Hammers: https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/hammers-tinkery-datapack-addon
If you want your addon put here, simply ask me, and I shall add it.
It's easy to add your own addon datapack!
Download example addon here: Link
The example addon adds a new type "charm", and allows "charm" and "shield" types to be given a new modifier "Speed Effect".
Tutorial to come soon
Note: Likely to be re-named soon: Tweakery is best suggestion
Upgrading tools is meant to be expensive, but not overly expensive. Please comment if you think any of the upgrades are overly costly, as I do need to balance the modifier costs.

Can you Please update for 1.15!
I'm now working on Lapis Core V2, and other datapacks which will probably be released for the 1.16 update. I'm going to have to re-write tinkery entirely for this anyway, so I'll see about putting it in when I do that then.
There is no way to currently do modular textures, so having custom textured tools is almost impossible. But the more problematic thing is that the more dynamically made things are (as in not preset items, so made over time) the more difficult it is to manage, balance and debug everything.
It is an idea I will be looking into in the future, but not right now.
also can you please enable and make now tweaking or even arrow tweaking
