The Cartoon Dweller is scarier version of original Cartoon Cat. He
has custom, non-boring sounds. He can speak english. Model is created by
DeathStrike. Animations are unique. Thanks to Rupter for making them.
For now, some animations are big glitchy. You can find this Dweller on
surface and in caves.

ok so ngl icekinga's from the fog bedrock is like... the mobs are way too fast, unhittable, when you die they ALL disappear, and worst of all, THEY FIT IN ONE BLOCK GAPS.
