GratoNite's Cheaper & Upgradable Tools, Weapons & Armors!

Hello! I'm Grat and this is my first datapack!
This Datapack is directly inspired from Linkmaster04's "Upgradable Tools"
His version has some bugged recipes, then I decided to refine it and update it for 1.14.2!

Cheaper Armors :

The recipes are shared between all of the armors! ALL Armors uses the same layout.

If you want to make leather armor, do it with leather, iron with iron, diamond with diamond, etc. Chainmail uses Iron Bars to make which you can craft with 3 Iron Ingots!




Upgradable Armors :
[See the recipes on the images I provided above]




The recipes are shared between all of the armors! ALL Armors uses the same layout.

Upgrading to chainmail uses Iron Bars which you can craft with 3 Iron Ingots!

Remember, IT HAS TO BE DONE in this order:

Leather - Chainmail - Iron - Golden - Diamond




Upgradable Tools & Swords :

There are no recipes for this, Put the materials with your current tools/swords in any slot!

If you want to make iron sword, put stone sword + 1 iron ingot

If you want to make golden sword, put iron sword + 1 gold ingot

If you want to make diamond sword, put golden sword sword + 1 diamond, etc.

applies for all tools & swords! (Hoe, Shovel, Axe, Pickaxe, Swords)

It's already compatible with 1.14.3 afaik, since it's for version 1.14

really? when i put it in game it said it was incompatible and for an older version. additionally none of the recipes, though i knew they wouldn't be in the crafting recipe lists themselves didn't work

I use my own datapack in My own server (spigot 1.14.3) and it works as it did just like in 1.14.2 🤔

really? then, can you give me a quick walkthrough on how to install this properly, because i've done everything i can think of and it still says it's out of date. sorry to waste your time

Basically just put the zip in your data packs folder and extract it, or you could extract the zip elsewhere and copy the CheapUpTAW folder to your data packs folder
