Other then that try and make a fresh install of the pack.
As there are mods still only in beta version and compatibility is still being worked on it might even be better to try it on another Minecraft version all together.
You could test cleaning up the world itself, like deleting config and session files, or try another launcher perhaps. I have found that some problems might be caused by the different in launchers used.
If it is only happening for one person tho be sure to have them check thier side first, like RAM and Fabric version.
Those 2 in particular i have found to have a big impact.
Other then that i cant give much help, as i mostly test and optimize with singleplayer and not multiplayer.
Let me know if you find the cause and a fix for this issue in multiplayer.
other then that I would suggest outright removing one or more of the generation / structure mods to decrease village frequency.
Again, i have another crash log: https://mclo.gs/7Jo5Jku
Hate to bear bad news but this pack is utterly broken, and I hope you're able to fix it.
Since I have never had this kind of problem with it there has to be something on your end.
The only information I get from the craschlog is that u only had 2gb of ram allocated so make sure its set to a higher value,
other then that I can only say test other launchers, don’t add other mods and it should work.
Since I can’t recreate this issue myself I am unable to offer a concrete solution. In this case it is sadly in your hands to test and find a specific problem that is causing the crash, like removing a mod or using different versions of the mod.
From all my testing the newest version of the modpack should be the fastes to load and most stable to play.
