A simple mod that allows you to turn concrete powder into a "dry" version.
The dry version can touch water without turning into a solid concrete block.
The recipe is interchangeable so if you want to convert it to normal concrete powder again simply just put it in the crafting table.
To craft DRY CONCRETE POWDER just place a single block on CONCRETE POWDER in a crafting table! (and vice versa)
Uses for this mod:
-rainbow colored sand on a beach
-decoration in a fountain
-decoration for a zen garden
-whatever you want
