Wow, awesome! I've been looking for something like this. Sadly, it does not work well for small buildings.

When you update MCEdit, you get a new MCEdit directory structure created. You might need to put the filter back into your new filters directory.

It tried for the new version and it doesn't work (i don't think i did it correctly :P) but i figured out how to get to the old version :D

do a before and after shot on a castle map u download or something.

Thanks Zenen. I have updated the screenshots. You can generate your own castle with the use of the "Castletect" filter, and the "Surface_f(x,z)" filter. These are linked off my profile.
