Image To minecraft Pixel Art is a Windows program that converts an image to a schematic file, or to an image file for preview.
ONLY WORKS FOR MINECRAFT 1.12.x AND LOWER! 1.13 CHANGED HOW BLOCK IDs WORK

For any questions, or comments email me for best response time at : ausdev@live.com
In the subject, please enter "ITMPA - " and the version if applicable (ex: 1.1.0)
If you copy a lot of text, please put it in a pasebin post and give me the link.
tell me exactly what you were doing when you encountered it. (ex: "I get this on startup")

The 2.0 version is not recommended for use as it is broken, that version of the ITMPA was abandoned and will be completely remade for 1.13+ eventually, I hope

For the source code, go to my GitHub

How it works:

The program converts each used block into a color, then compares the block colors to the pixels from the original image, the blocks that have the most similar color to the pixel is selected to be the block to be used.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Can you help with this please?

Sorry for such a late response, I haven't been on this website for longer than I thought, it looks like to me that you didn't extract all of the files into a folder (i.e. IMTPA.exe and substrate.dll). EDIT: looks like I didn't include said file in that version, you would have to download a different version and get the substrate, I guess, sorry about that

Great tool! Would be nice to have a way of generating them lying down as well as choosing the size in blocks within the program for future versions.

Great Idea,I guess I should have put it in as an option, because people may want to make them laying down, as a ceiling or a floor or something, I will add it to the next version

Yes, it definitely can (on v1.1). I made a flat image, and it was 1359x706, it takes some time to import, but MCEdit did it just fine, but it takes at least an 85x45 chunk area though :}

Thank you for the feedback, I will fix the things that you pointed out. The only thing that I would have trouble with is making the program in Java(or any other language) because the .dll file that I used only works with .NET, so making a java based program is not possible at the moment. As for the GitHub, I Just made an account, thank you once again.
